Four Roses Bourbon Global Expedition Cocktail Competition
Some opportunities remind you why you chose this path, and this was one of them.
I had the honor of competing in the Four Roses Bourbon Global Expedition Cocktail Competition with my original cocktail, Lavender Fields of Provence. It was weeks of planning, practicing, refining, and trusting my creativity, all leading up to a few unforgettable minutes behind the bar.
Bringing home first place was an incredible moment, but what I’ll remember most is being surrounded by talented bartenders, sharing ideas, and representing the passion I have for hospitality. The experience challenged me, inspired me, and reminded me that growth comes from saying yes to opportunities that push you forward.
I’m grateful to Four Roses for creating a competition that celebrates creativity and craftsmanship, and to everyone who supported me throughout the journey. This is a milestone I’ll always be proud of, and it’s only the beginning.
